In the first stage of Kung Fu To´A the Kung Fu Kas (pupils) are brought to the harmony of motion and the harmony between body and mind. They develop a new consciousness for their body, their environment, their fellow creatures and the universe. The relation between body and mind is being balanced in a new way . The execution of the wave-like exercises mediate a feeling of freedom.
With its 515 techniques, combinations and reactions and the characteristics of the wave-like exercises. Ana To´A is based on the principles of geometry, as well as on the secrets of motion contrary to the physical exercises, along the particles of the universe.

Take the word “To’A” and exchange the letters, so you will get the word “Tao”. This is Chinese and means “way”. The Tao is the basis of ancient Chinese philosophy. In this philosophy, the eight trigrams are anchored. They include the universal principles that rule our lives. The eight fundamental forces keep each other in balance. This results in a star that shines in eight directions.
With Anatoa, the first stage of the Kung Fu To’A, we move in 8 directions, eight forces of the universe, we go out in all directions to find these forces and to recognize: there are also the eight forces of our soul … through the wavelike nature of the movements in the eight directions, we begin a new path into a new world. In the world of harmonization of body, mind and soul.
